Optional daily practice

Choose one small prompt, then test whether it helps

These practices use moon phases, numbers, objects, or archetypal language as cues to pause and reflect. They do not manifest outcomes, measure well-being, replace practical action, or predict what happens next.

A repeatable method

Choose, observe, review

1. Choose

Pick one prompt that is safe, accessible, and easy to stop. Set a short time limit.

2. Observe

Write what happened before deciding what it means. Note at least one alternative explanation.

3. Review

Keep, change, or drop the practice based on usefulness—not a streak, promise, or prescribed timeline.

Choose an action

Start with a quick check-in, lunar observation, number worksheet, candle cue, oracle prompt, or another short practice.

Stop or switch when needed

Leave a practice if it adds fear, pressure, expense, compulsion, conflict, or delay in getting appropriate support. Health, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship, and safety questions need relevant evidence and qualified help—not a symbolic cue.

Prefer a non-mystical routine?

The weekly reflection guide begins with observable facts and makes the symbolic step optional.
