Corrections policy
Readers should be able to tell us when something is wrong and understand what happens next. We review good-faith correction requests without requiring agreement with a symbolic interpretation.
How to report an issue
Email mirror@mysticowl.net with the page URL, the statement or element at issue, why you believe it is inaccurate or misleading, and any supporting source. You may also use our contact page.
How we evaluate reports
- Factual errors are checked against the best available source for the claim.
- Safety concerns, deceptive commercial language, privacy issues, and incorrect authorship receive priority.
- Differences of opinion about symbolic interpretation may be clarified rather than treated as factual errors.
- Contributor-profile corrections may require confirmation from the contributor or operator.
How corrections appear
Small spelling or formatting fixes may be made silently. A material correction should update the visible passage and, when useful to readers, include a brief correction note. The modified date changes only when the update is substantive. We do not remove accurate material solely because it is inconvenient.
