What this archetype notices
The Garden Mystic uses cultivation as a metaphor for steady work. Growth depends on conditions as well as effort: time, resources, feedback, rest, and sometimes a change of plan.
Patience should not become passive waiting. A project can need another season, but it may also need a smaller scope, a missing tool, or a candid decision to stop.
Treat this lens as a planning exercise. Observe what is happening now, adjust one condition, and look again after a reasonable interval.
