While not a miracle worker, the brace does offer enough support to help to aleviate a good portion of discomfort. The shoulder straps help with taking the weight of the belt off your back, not that it's heavy by any means. Also because you get to tighten the belt around your waste, it serves as a constant reminder to move more carefully. ... show more

My job requires me to sit up to 8 hours a day, majority is repetitive motion. This back brace fits well, has Velcro to adjust to your waist and adjustable shoulder straps. It’s not bulky and can be worn under your clothes as I can wear up to 4 layers when it’s cold outside. Based on the company’s Amazon web page sizing instructions I chose the Large size and it fits me perfectly. Hlthair was kind enough to provide a sheet with instructions for use. - Came in handy for moving furniture

I got this brace just in time to help with moving some large furniture. Having some previous lower back injuries, this brace provided support in all the right places. The suspended style straps help to keep it in place, unlike some other designs I’ve tried that just wrap around. Adjustment for size is pretty easy, and should be able to fit most with a regular build & weight. This brace is firm but still allows you to move & bend. I gave 4/5 stars as it can begin to run on your sides & shoulders after prolonged use in warm weather.
